Our custom homes are truly built from scratch, and because of this the special features included vary from home to home. Some examples would be tongue and groove barrel vaulted ceilings, custom painted murals, and outdoor entertainment areas complete with summer kitchens and firepits. The majority of our custom homes include extensive interior moldings, built-in cabinetry and recessed niches. Tile and granite are common in our homes, as are brick and fiberglass shingles common on the exteriors of our homes. Our office in Niceville showcases many of the amenities available in our custom homes, and it offers an example of the quality you can expect when you make your new home a Randy Wise Home.
