I do whatever needs to be done, from analyzing the big picture at 30,000 ft to making sure a scratch on a door knob is fixed to the customer's satisfaction. I love my job.

What's your favorite thing about your job?
Just being able to contribute to building a beautiful home for our clients and experiencing the excitement as their dream home becomes a reality. I know that sounds cliché but it really is an awesome honor.

How do you feel about the people you work with?
Randy and I are truly blessed with the best. Their dedication, drive and compassion for their job is unsurpassed. We are a family at Randy Wise Homes.

Short Job Description:
I think I'm still figuring that out, but basically whatever it takes to assure our clients are having a great time building their custom home. If they aren't, then I'm not doing my job. From design to construction completion and anything and everything I between, I'm here to help.  I have a sign in my office that reads, "Your husband called and said you can have anything you want!".  Once that's understood – the construction process is really very easy... Just kidding, but I really do have that sign!

I love my job - it's never boring. I'm somewhere between a fireman and an interior designer on any given day which adds to the daily excitement.

And did I mention...I really just want to make my boss happy... I like him very, very much

How long have you worked for RWH, Inc.:  It's the only Job I have ever had.  My parents and Luke practically raised my brother and I on the job site. Favorite thing about job:  I love everything about building homes.  From picking up trash on the job site to handing over the keys and everything in between, it’s a blast!

What's your favorite thing about your job?
Being an important part of a homeowner realizing a dream with his/her remodeling project and knowing that I helped to make their quality of life a little bit better.

How do you feel about the people you work with?
I have the upmost respect for all of them, and feel we are more of a family than co-workers.

Short Job Description:
My position over the years has evolved into what we call a project manager. I help from the start with estimating, designing, presenting, and selling of possible new jobs. Once we have secured the job, I help the homeowner make selections throughout the project, and help the superintendent produce the project in a timely fashion. My job is to pay attention to all the little, but important details and work as a liason between RWH and the homeowner. I am responsible for all the paperwork for all aspects of the project including permitting, invoicing, and accounting. My goal for every remodeling project is to finish with a happy and satisfied homeowner and a project we are all proud to say was done by Randy Wise Homes.

Randy Wise Homes is a large extended family – we love each other, we help each other, we learn from each other and we argue with each other. I think we have a diverse group of people that all create a fun atmosphere in which to work.

As a Remodeling Project Manager, I assist with design layouts and gathering estimating information for the Remodeling Manager. After the job is signed, I guide the homeowner with making the perfect selections for their renovation. During the remodeling process I assist with producing the perfect end product for our homeowner.

Randy and Debbie Wise are the finest folks I've ever worked for – ever.  Their guidance and caring attitudes to their employees and customers alike is unmatched. It’s a definite honor to be part of the Randy Wise Homes "Functional Family".  Never once have I asked for advice, help or support and not received it from any one of our work family.

Short job description: Oversee the Custom Home building process from lot clearing to turning over the completed project to the new homeowners.  As with the rest of the RWH members, we wear many different hats on a daily basis – Planner, Scheduler, Procurement Specialist, Den Mother, Counselor-----. What's your favorite thing about your job?
A completed project! Really, like riding by at night and seeing something you have built all lighted up, or kids playing in the driveway, or going into a place of business and seeing it fully operational and running, and knowing that you had a part in making it happen.

How do you feel about the people you work with?
I honestly couldn't ask for a better group. Everyone helps everyone out, everyone is honest amongst ourselves; if you have a problem, you just put it all out on the table and we work together to resolve it. Everyone works as a team, there are no special agendas out there.

On a daily basis I get to see all angles of a construction project. From working with the new client, coordinating the design of a structure with our draftsman (Danny), to supervising the day to day production, to coming back to the office and managing the paperwork as required to run the job. To be honest I get to wear all hats which is a little different than what is required from our other superintendents.
